Hello, how can we help you?

It’s a special residence permit for foreign nationals who wish to have the right to live, work and study in Portugal and other European countries and can meet certain criteria regarding their investment in Portugal.
With the Golden Visa you can enter Portugal freely and travel within Schengen countries without the need for additional visas.
If you meet the investment criteria, you will have the right to live and work in Portugal providing you stay in Portugal for at least 7 days in the first year and 14 days every two years thereafter. After 5 years, eligible candidates can apply for Portuguese citizenship.

Each family member must meet the minimum stay requirements and will need to be present for finger-printing in Portugal.

No, you can rent out the property to obtain income (which will be subject to tax) if you do not intend to reside in Portugal. We can facilitate this on your behalf.
Our experienced real estate experts will provide you with information about the most suitable houses on the market. They will advise you on the best places, the best prices and the properties you can easily sell or rent out for future profit under current market conditions.
The visa should be finalised within 60 days after the delivery of the required documents, although there have been delays. We will advise you on current timeframes when you make an enquiry.
The first visa you receive is valid for 1 year and costs €5,173.60. To extend it, from within Portugal, you have to pay €2,573.90 for a two-year extension. At the end of 5 years you will be entitled to permanent residency.
The first thing to do is to contact us and arrange to meet in Lisbon, together with our authorised officials and lawyers, to prepare the proxy so that we can administer your visa application and other transactions on your behalf.
